The elastic pool base makes it possible to create a clean base area for a mobile swimming pool or a wind-up garden pool of every size - in the blink of an eye. The water-permeable pool base made of rubber granulate not only protects the sensitive outer coating of the pool, but also it prevents the ground from getting muddy by the splashed water.

Obviously, the elastic pool base is frost-resistant. Therefore, it can be laid once and for all (ideally on a base course made of plastic honeycomb grid) and used over the years, all year round, also as a terrace or playing area. This product has been manufactured with an enhanced concentration. Thus, it's more resistant against abrasion and mechanical loading, but it's less elastic and open-pored and the damping is worse. It's recommended for surface with normal and enhanced loading.

Colour
Brick red

In the colour brick red, the black rubber granulate (SBR) from the car tyres is mixed with a binder, into that a brick red colour pigment (iron oxide) was mixed. The black car tyre rubber granules are coated with the brick red colour. Brick red is a colour hue that can be found for hundreds of years in construction materials for roofs, walls and floors. According to this viewing habit, brick red products can be mounted almost everywhere.

Material

The rubber granulate with irregularly formed particles is obtained from discarded tyres. It mainly consists in the high-valuable mix of natural rubber (NR) and synthetically manufactured Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR). The material properties of the WARCO preform largely correspond to those known from SBR. The granulate with an edge length from 1.0 to 3.0 mm creates fine-grained surfaces.

Assembly or connection system

There is a strong mounting system consisting in an overlap and a dovetail joint formed into the edges of every tile. Thus, a form-fit, permanently loadable connection is created between the plates while laying. However, the zip is not visible in the surface. This type of tiles unites the best possible connection system for rubber granulate tiles with a classic, rectangular seam design of a chequerboard.

Structure of the underside

A drainage system consisting in 4 mm deep drainage channels across the elements and about 15 mm deep hemispherical domes is formed into the bottom side of the tiles. The tiles can be laid on almost every workable base course, also unbound. Please take note of the laying instruction.
