The useful pool tiles let you design the areas around the swimming pool, jacuzzi, bathing pond, swimming bath and also in indoor aquatic centres and make them to safe, slip-resistant, fall-protecting, attractive and naturally-looking place. The pool tiles are made of a water-permeably processed rubber granulate. They can be simply laid on a stable base course, so that they build a homogenous tile carpet thanks to the tile edges forms as a connection system.

The pool tiles are in EPDM, so they are resistant to chlorinated water and colour-fast. They can be kept clean with a high-pressure cleaner. The relationship of resistance against mechanical loading and abrasion to damping, elasticity and open-pore nature is optimally adapted for the use of the tiles on normally loaded surfaces.

Colour
Bast & Bark

Due to its light and dark brown hues, the colour design Bast & Bark look like a bark of a conifer. For products in the colour design Bast & Bark, only fully colourful (imbued) black, brown and beige EPDM granulate is processed. EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a modern, UV resistant, weatherproof and durable rubber. Because of their natural wood look, products in the colour design Bast & Bark fit a near-natural environment with a dominance of warm earth tones.

The tile is two-layered, but monolithic (from one piece). In the rubber granulate of the wear and visible side it's a newly manufactured, imbued EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer). The second, bottom layer is made of the black tyre rubber granulate Styrene-Butadiene Rubber, short SBR. This complex structure is especially favourable for the physical properties and durability of the tile.

Assembly or connection system

The edges of every tile are formed as a zip toothed strip (dovetail joint). Due to the interlocking of the plates during the laying and the form-fit connection arising this way, a permanently connected, positionally stable tile carpet. That's why the plates (normally) aren't connected with (pasted to) the base course. The connection of the rubber granulate tiles as a zip is particularly stable, durable and safe.

Structure of the underside

A drainage system consisting in 4 mm deep drainage channels across the elements and about 15 mm deep hemispherical domes is formed into the bottom side of the tiles. The tiles can be laid on almost every workable base course, also unbound. Please take note of the laying instruction.
