The useful pool tiles let you design the areas around the swimming pool, jacuzzi, bathing pond, swimming bath and also in indoor aquatic centres and make them to safe, slip-resistant, fall-protecting, attractive and naturally-looking place. The pool tiles are made of a water-permeably processed rubber granulate. They can be simply laid on a stable base course, so that they build a homogenous tile carpet thanks to the tile edges forms as a connection system.

The pool tiles are in EPDM, so they are resistant to chlorinated water and colour-fast. They can be kept clean with a high-pressure cleaner. The relationship of resistance against mechanical loading and abrasion to damping, elasticity and open-pore nature is optimally adapted for the use of the tiles on normally loaded surfaces.

Colour
Coral red

The product's wear layer in the colour design Coral red is made of a monochrome (unicolour), imbued EPDM granulate in the colour Coral red, according to RAL 3016. EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a colour stable, lightfast, weatherproof elastomer. The products in the colour tone Coral red are suitable for sophisticated applications, where the permanent intensity and homogeneity of the colouring are especially important.

Material

The coloured rubber granulate of the wear layer is a newly manufactured, fully colourful EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) with max. edge length of 4 mm. The bottom layer of the two-layered, but monolithically (from one piece) manufactured tile is made of a black tyre rubber granulate - Styrene Butadiene Rubber, SBR. This complex structure is especially favourable for the physical properties and durability of the element.

Assembly or connection system

Every tile is cut out of a larger format with the highest precision. So the zip toothed strip arises that makes a form-fit connection between the adjacent plates while laying. They build a seamless, connected, positionally stable tile carpet of high durability and loadability. Since the plates' edges are sharply cut, the single tiles in the surface are hardly visible in case of the same colour design.

Structure of the underside

The bottom side of the tile - the one in contact with the base course - is structured over the entire surface. The symmetrically arranged network made of 4 mm deep and 15 mm wide draining channels across the tiles optimises the damping and drainage. The tiles are mounted on a bound base course or on a plastic honeycomb grid. Please take note of the laying instruction.
